How to Install and Uninstall GSuite Add-ons
Installation
Installation can be done by two methods
- Install directly from G Suite Marketplace
- Installation from Docs/ Forms/ Sheets/ Slides
Option 1 - Installation from G suite Marketplace
- Browse GSuite Marketplace.
- Search for Jivrus or any other text that you are looking for
All the matching add-ons will be displayed in a single page.
- Select the add-on you need to install.
- Click on "Install" and follow the process.
- Click Continue to allow permission to start installing the Add-on.
- Select the account with which the add-on need to be installed.
- Click Allow to install the add-on.
By following the above steps the add-on can be installed.
Option 2 - Installation from Sheets/ Forms/ Docs/ Slides
- Open your Docs/Sheets/ Forms/ Slides
- Click on Add-ons and then Get add-ons
A G Suite Marketplace page will open.
- In the search box search for the required add-on.
(For example: If you search for Map My Sheet add-on the following screen with Map My Sheet add-on will appear )
- Click on Install and follow the process to install the add-on.
- Click Continue to allow permission to start installing the Add-on.
- Select the account with which the add-on need to be installed.
- Click Allow to install the add-on.
By following the above steps the add-on can be installed.
Uninstall
Uninstall can be done by two methods
- Uninstall directly from G Suite Marketplace
- Uninstall from Docs/ Forms/ Sheets/ Slides
Option 1 - Uninstall directly from G Suite Marketplace
- Browse to GSuite Marketplace.
- Search for Jivrus.
All our add-on's will be displayed in a single page.
- Select the add-on you need to uninstall.
- Click on uninstall and follow the process.
- Click Uninstall button
A confirmation popup appears to cancel or uninstall app.
- Click Uninstall App to uninstall the add-on.
Option 2 - Uninstall from Docs/ Forms/ Sheets/ Slides
- Open your Docs/ Sheets/ Forms/ Slides
- Click on Add-ons and then Manage add-ons
A G Suite Marketplace page will open.
- The add-ons that are installed will be displayed.
- Select the add-on that needs to be uninstalled.
- Click Uninstall button
A confirmation popup appears to cancel or uninstall app.
- Click Uninstall App to uninstall the add-on.
By following the above steps you can uninstall the add-on.

Why I am not able to install an add-on?
If you are not able to install an add-on please check your admin network whether permissions are allowed and retry again to install.

If menu does not appear in your add-on, try to refresh the add-on several times and again if the menu doesn't appear please contact the developer team.
