Whitelisting Google Workspace Marketplace Apps

Some users may not be able to install our Google Workspace add-ons as some error appears during the installation of the add-on.

This error may occur as the add-on may be blocked from their server side or the permissions required to install the add-on may be denied from their admin.

Whitelisting an add-on means admins assign permissions at the domain level, and that end users don't have to make choices on permissions for those apps. By whitelisting add-on admins can ensure apps have the permissions they need to work properly.

Google Workspace is a leading platform providing a comprehensive suite of communication, collaboration, and productivity tools. To fully utilize its capabilities, domain administrators must configure settings properly to access third-party applications available in the Google Workspace Marketplace.

For organizations using Google Workspace, please ensure that your domain administrator has enabled Drive and Docs within the Google Admin dashboard. This setting can be found under Apps > Google Workspace in the dashboard.

Additionally, the administrator should allow users to install any app from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
