• Excalidraw, Draw.io, Miro, Lucidchart – for visual diagrams and workflows

• Google Meet – for team meetings and collaboration

2. Develop AI Automation Solutions Using Available Tools

What It Means:
You will assist in designing and building automation workflows. These can be built using AI tools, APIs, scripting languages, or no-code/low-code platforms, depending on the task.

What You Need to Do:

• Study and analyze the current manual process to understand how it works.

• Choose or be assigned an appropriate tool or technology.

• Build automation workflows. Examples include:

  • Generating and sending personalized proposals using customer data

  • Creating chatbots that respond to FAQs on WhatsApp or Facebook

  • Extracting structured data from forms and pushing it to a spreadsheet or CRM

• Test each automation thoroughly to ensure it functions correctly.

• Improve the solution based on test feedback and team review.

• n8n, Make.com – for building automations 

• OpenAI, Gemini APIs  – for AI tasks like text generation or classification

• Python or JavaScript – for scripting automation or AI models

3. Document Workflows, Processes, Configurations, and Results

What It Means:
All your work needs to be clearly documented so that it can be easily understood, reused, or improved by other team members now or in the future.

What You Need to Do:

• Keep records for every automation project, including:

  • What the automation does

  • Why it was built

  • What tools and services were used

  • Step-by-step setup instructions

  • API keys, configuration details, and model settings (as needed)

  • Screenshots or workflow diagrams for clarity

• Track results and improvements over time.

• Use consistent documentation formats and keep everything organized.

• Write documentation with clarity — assume someone with no background knowledge will read it.

Tools You Might Use:

• Notion, Confluence, Google Docs – for writing and organizing content
