Short-term internship details:

- The effort spans 2 to 6 months, depending on the candidate's performance, to ensure a complete assignment life cycle with tangible results.
- Please remember that short-term internships are focused on specific goals, without the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role.
- No payment from the company and no fee from the candidate (we never collect any fee for any assignment)
- Internship can be after degree completion or during degree study.
- Full-time preferred, but we can discuss if the candidate can spend at least 10 hours per week
- Need a request letter from the College/ University (if the degree is not yet completed)
- You will get an internship certificate on successful completion.

Our short-term internship program follows a structured, learning-focused process designed to provide interns with practical experience, continuous guidance, and meaningful project exposure.

Reporting & Supervision:

Selected interns are assigned to an Internship Coordinator / Reviewer who serves as their primary mentor and supervisor throughout the duration of the engagement.

Assignment & Objective Setting:

After the initial learning phase, interns are assigned projects and tasks aligned with their internship role.
Assignments may involve working with Jivrus products, internal projects, or other relevant activities.

Interns are expected to:

Understand the assigned objective
Plan and execute their work
Meet agreed timelines
Document their work where required
Ask questions and communicate blockers
Apply the knowledge gained during training

The scope and nature of assignments will vary depending on the internship role.

Weekly Performance Reviews:

Interns participate in regular progress reviews with their Internship Coordinator or Reviewer.
These meetings provide an opportunity to discuss:

Upcoming assignments
Learning progress
Challenges and blockers
Feedback and improvement areas

Regular reviews help interns stay aligned with their objectives and receive timely guidance throughout the internship.

Monthly Executive Demonstrations:

At the completion of the internship, the intern's overall performance is evaluated by the Internship Coordinator / Reviewer.

Completion of the final project or assigned deliverables

Successful completion of the internship requires the necessary internal approvals.

Final Approval & Recognition:

Interns who complete the internship requirements and receive the required approvals will be eligible for a Jivrus Internship Experience Letter or Certificate.

We recognize you based on your successful completion of the internship objectives and overall performance.|

The Director reviews the performance recommendation and grants final approval, following which the intern is officially awarded the Jivrus Internship Experience Letter/Certificate.
