• Determine the overall objectives of testing, such as ensuring product quality, compliance with standards, and user satisfaction. 

• Consider factors like performance, security, usability, and compatibility. 

• Create detailed test cases that describe the steps to execute the test and the expected results. 

• Choose appropriate automation tools based on the product's technology stack and testing requirements. 

• Present, Review, Corrections

2. Execute test cases and Report bugs

• Compare actual results with expected results to identify defects. 

• Document Bugs

• Include steps to reproduce the defect, expected behavior, and actual behavior.

• Attach relevant screenshots or logs to support the report.

• Prioritize defects based on factors like customer impact, risk, and criticality. 

• Discuss and review.

3. Verify the bug fixes

• Execute test cases for fixed defects to ensure they have been resolved correctly.

• Verify that the defect no longer occurs and that the product functions as expected.

• Close resolved defects that have been successfully verified.
